SCEC completed a complete renovation of this modern high-end office suite for Bessemer Trust, a private wealth management firm, in the downtown Miami Brickell financial district.

Following demolition, renovation of the occupied 3,000 SF suite encompassed enlarging private offices, remodeling the employee lounge and kitchen, upgraded finishes, upgraded lighting, and custom imported carpeting.

SCEC communicated extensively with Bessemer Trust staff to carefully phase the project to allow normal office operations to continue without disruption.
