This CM at Risk project encompassed exterior hardening of the existing fire station, including roof replacement, new exterior windows and doors, and new bi-fold rolling doors for the bay entrances. The existing generator was replaced and installed within a newly constructed freestanding enclosure. Project also included new fire hydrant, utility relocation, and exterior painting.
