The Citrus Cove Renovations project included HVAC upgrades, a new main fire alarm panel, and LED lighting replacements in all corridors and classrooms of the 105,000 SF school. New finishes throughout included new ceramic tile, VCT, acoustical ceilings and paint. All individual classroom restrooms and the school’s group restrooms were renovated. ADA improvements were made at the school entrance and parking lots. The project was completed under a Construction Management at Risk contract.
