The K.E. Cunningham/Canal Point Elementary Renovations project included the replacement of all Air Handling Units (AHUs), LED lighting replacements, a new fire alarm system, and a new generator. The exterior improvements included new site lighting and repaving of the parking lot and playcourts. ADA improvements included a new entrance, walkway ramps, and hand railings. The project was completed under a Construction Management at Risk contract.
