This CM at Risk project was part of the School District of Palm Beach County’s modernization program to improve its educational facilities. Upgrades were completed throughout the nine-building campus. HVAC improvements included replacement of all AHUs. All classroom lighting and ceilings were replaced. With improved classrooms, restrooms, parking areas, athletic facilities and courts, this project provides students a modernized school for the future.
