This complex underground project rerouted the occupied existing campus utilities and data without disruption and shutdowns. New chiller lines, data/power conduits, sewer, water, and FPL primary lines were run across the active campus to reconnect the loop between the southeast and center areas of campus. The CM at Risk project also included relocating the main data room to another building.
