This project features a 8,075 SF metal building that serves as a weather-safe training facility for the University’s men’s baseball team. An existing tennis court was demolished on the existing occupied campus to make way for the new building. Synthetic turf forms the interior floor. The CM at Risk project scope also included new lighting, exhaust fans, a 24-foot industrial fan, and fire alarm.
