In the Liberal Arts Building on the Davie campus, SCEC helped transform an outdated photo lab and art classroom into a new learning center for nursing students. The reconfigured space features a nursing station, four simulation labs and a simulation control room, eight diagnostic care beds, a teaching area and a kitchenette. The scope of work on the CM at Risk project included all MEP and fire sprinkler modifications, glass partition walls, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, acoustical ceiling tile and decorative wood ceiling tile.
