Two-story addition to existing Charter School to increase capacity. Included new structural steel bridges to connect the 2nd floor and roof to the existing building. Included sitework to add new parking lot, student courtyard and outside dining. Construction was limited to a small area; site is bordered by existing school, active park, a street, and a parking lot.
