This complex phased CM at Risk project included the replacement of every pedestrian street light throughout the downtown Miami campus, as well as installation of decorative accent flood lights to beautifully illuminate the buildings at night. More than 300 LED fixtures were installed. The College can now change the illumination colors and levels for a stronger presence in the downtown landscape. Extensive phasing was designed to maximize nighttime safety.
