Renovation of two-story building on existing academic campus included replacement of all existing ductwork and HVAC equipment. During construction all ceilings, including in the existing auditorium, were removed to allow access to install a new HVAC system. New soffits, ceilings and flooring were provided throughout. New mechanical and storage rooms were constructed, as well as a music classroom suite with sound isolation practice rooms, as part of this CM at Risk project.
