The Conniston Middle Renovations project included HVAC replacement and improvements, re-roofing, fire alarm upgrades and LED lighting replacements. Interior work included multiple restroom renovations and new finishes throughout the 120,000 SF school, such as new ceramic tile, VCT, acoustical ceilings and paint. The exterior work included repaving of the parking lots and bus loop, upgrades to exterior play areas, field drainage improvements, and resurfacing the track and tennis courts. The project was completed under a Construction Management at Risk contract.
