The Cypress Trails Elementary Renovations project included replacement of all Air Handling Units, electrical upgrades including LED lighting, and installation of a new generator. Exterior work included repaving of the existing parking lots and playcourts, a new lift station, and new site lighting at the parking areas. ADA improvements included new walkway access ramps, hand railings, and new concrete pads at all emergency exit doors. Renovations at the 80,000 SF school were completed under a Construction Management at Risk contract.
