This CM at Risk renovation project on an occupied campus included items such as restroom upgrades, new roof coating, and AHU replacement. Interior renovations encompassed new classroom lighting, doors, flooring, acoustical ceiling tile, and window treatments. Exterior improvements included new site lighting, parking lot upgrades, marquis sign improvements, and lift station upgrades.
