A CM at Risk renovation project, the scope of work included all new HVAC and a complete new fire alarm system. All restrooms, group and single, were renovated and new VCT installed throughout the occupied school. Ceilings and lights were replaced in teacher spaces. Exterior improvements included a new parking lot and sitework for ADA compliance.
