Project consisted of major renovations to existing school campus of 12 buildings. Scope of work included full HVAC and VAV replacement. Outdated classroom lighting fixtures were replaced with LED lighting. Group restrooms and individual classroom restrooms were renovated. New interior finishes throughout included new ceramic tile, VCT, acoustical ceilings and paint. The CM at Risk project also included upgrades to the existing parking lot and playcourts, gutter installation and sealing of brick.
