The scope of renovations on this CM at Risk project included all new HVAC and a new emergency generator. All restrooms, group and single, were renovated and new VCT installed throughout the occupied school. Exterior improvements included partial reroofing, an aluminum canopy addition, and sitework/restriping for ADA compliance.
