The Okeeheelee Middle Renovations project included HVAC replacement and improvements, re-roofing, fire alarm upgrades and LED lighting replacements. Multiple restrooms were renovated at the occupied 115,000 SF school. New finishes throughout included ceramic tile, VCT, acoustical ceilings and paint. The tennis and basketball courts were milled and resurfaced prior to application of athletic surfacing and striping. The project was completed under a Construction Management at Risk contract.
