The Starlight Cove Elementary major renovations project included HVAC replacement as well as new LED lighting in 50 classrooms at this existing 107,000 SF school. Group restrooms were renovated, and a new fire alarm panel was installed. The exterior improvements included new roof coating, gutters, downspouts, and new parking lot lighting. The Construction Management at Risk project was completed on an occupied campus.
