The West Technical Education Center project consisted of major renovations to the existing nine-building campus in western Palm Beach County. The CM at Risk project scope included roof replacement, AHU replacement, new VAVs, upgrades to HVAC controls and electrical switchgear, new shop and classroom lighting, ADA restroom renovations, exterior and parking lot lighting, and exterior paint. New signage was installed throughout the occupied 81,000 SF school, which is open year-round during day and evening hours. Civil and sitework included parking lot upgrades with new drainage, water, and sewer components, as well as a new CDL driver training course.
