Project in Brickell financial district consisted of 3,000 SF renovations to existing elevator lobbies on 45th and 46th floors and main entrance lobby. Scope included removal of existing terrazzo tile flooring and base and replacement with custom imported marble tile. Tile was staged on 19th floor so architect could select each tile’s placement in layout. Work was completed during five weekends with ZERO interruptions to office functions.
