This project involved the construction of a parking lot for the Town’s Fire Rescue, Police and EMT departments, as well as new ADA sidewalks, landscape and streetscape improvements along the A1A corridor and at the entrance to the adjacent Jarvis Hall at the Town Hall complex. The project provides parking for 29 vehicles, 18 more spaces than were available prior to the project. New pole lighting fixtures were designed to comply with sea turtle lighting requirements due to proximity to ocean.
