SCEC, in partnership with the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), celebrated the construction start of the Homestead Field Station Replacement Project with a Groundbreaking Ceremony at the jobsite on April 14, 2021. SCEC President Paul Carty, Senior Project Manager James Turner, and Superintendent Paul Smith joined SFWMD personnel and Carty Architecture at the ceremony, which included remarks from project stakeholders and the Design-Build team.
