SCEC COMPLETES HIALEAH CHARTER SCHOOL ADDITION IN TIME FOR FALL

SCEC has completed the construction of a two-story, 8,100 square feet classroom addition at the Hialeah Educational Academy (HEA) in Hialeah.

This fast-track project was completed in eight months in order for the building to be operational prior to commencement of the 2015/2016 school year. The eight-classroom structure was connected to the existing main building on both floors with a new covered walkway.

SCEC was contracted by the City of Hialeah for this project designed by CIVICA Group. The project was completed on time and within budget.

The nationally recognized HEA (www.hialeaheduacademy.com) serves students in grades 6 through 12 with an emphasis on preparing them for careers in public service.
