CORAL GABLES KERDYK TENNIS CENTER RENOVATIONS COMPLETE

February 2016 – SCEC has completed renovations at the William H. Kerdyk Tennis Center in Coral Gables. The City-owned property surrounds the luxury National Historic Landmark Biltmore Hotel.

As part of the project, all 10 existing tennis courts were resurfaced, as well as two existing practice courts. A new custom precast entry sign welcomes visitors, and new light poles were installed. SCEC’s scope also included landscape, irrigation, paving and painting.

SCEC was contracted by the City of Coral Gables Public Works Department for this project designed by Stantec. The project was completed on time and within budget.
